Crostan is based on the 23 years of hotel and business experience Colin Stanley has gained throughout his management career.
Colin worked for Marriott International in 8 roles coming through roles in Training, Housekeeping, Property Management, Operations and Human Resources finishing as General Manager. During this time Colin was also involved in opening 3 hotels and evaluating and improving operations in another. After this Colin was employed at Orea Hotels & Resorts as General Manager for the brand with responsibility for 13 hotels around the Czech Republic and the central offices.
His next assignment was as a consultant covering the role of Chief Operating Officer looking after 4 historic locations in the Czech Republic including museums and museum shops, an Event Agency with involvement also in festivals, a Winery and Forests.
