My career spans a multinational hospitality organisation, a Czech hotel chain with both city and regional hotels, a privately owned portfolio of historic buildings and businesses, and multi-property operations in Prague.

This combination brings together the discipline of international hospitality, an understanding of different hotel markets, the priorities of private ownership and heritage properties, and the organisational demands of an urban portfolio. It gives me a broad perspective on how ownership, location, scale and operating model influence performance.

Across these environments, I have managed operations, led teams, opened and integrated properties, introduced systems and supported growth and organisational change.

For owners and management teams, that breadth means advice grounded in the realities of different hospitality businesses, with the judgement to adapt the approach to the property, the people and the commercial priorities.
